New Sitter

Holt has a new sitter these days. After a long winter of being cooped up with him (and a new baby), we decided that it was time for Holt to explore. And exploring he will go in the backyard. Yeah, it's great.

If he wakes up cranky from a nap or won't quit kicking Marin in the head... OUT WE GO! Or if he won't get out of the kitchen b/c 'mommy I eet'... OUT WE GO!

Please do not call CPS on us. We love our little man. But sometimes mom and dad need a break. And come on, he's a little boy. If he wants to destroy things, we could care less. But he will do it outside in the dirt while breathing in the fresh air.





And a quick update on Marin. Well, as you can see she is getting stronger everyday. She loves the bumbo and sits up quite well in it for long periods of time. That is her new home these days while I cook dinner or while we eat. She will NOT keep her hands out of her mouth. We'll have to wait and see if she's an early teether like her brother (at 4 months). Yip, that's right around the corner and we're curious to know if that is what she's working on.
