I still owe pics of the playset. I know. My camera's charging. But in the meantime, how about some fun pics of this past weekend. We enjoyed hosting the Matt Lightner family for the weekend. Well at least half of the weekend. Matt, Ash, and Miles all flew to DFW and hung out with us over the long Easter weekend. How many more times can I say 'weekend'?
We ventured to the Botanical Gardens on Friday. It was such a pretty day and then we got there and it became disgustingly muggy. Yack!! So we all pulled up our big boy and girl panties and pretended like it was the most glorious thing we had EVER done. And then we almost were escorted off the premises for playing football on the grass. Bet you can't guess who started that game? Ahem... Russ... and Joe... and Matt!!! Brothers... will always be boys!!
Here are some cute pics of the kids playing at the Gardens. We missed getting Miles and Hannah in these photos. I think they were trying to escape back to the air conditioned car. Smart kids!!
I must say a quick word or two about these two children!! My sister & SIL have posted on their blogs lately about that 'special bond' that Carter and Paige have. Well, Amber and Misty... I totally understand what you mean. These two darlings, separated at birth by mothers and 2 weeks, are much the same. They have such a weird, unexplainable bond. Bekah and I will just watch them together... and it's so creepy... and cute... and funny... and awesome... all at the same time!! Let's give three cheers for cousin love!! Yip, Yip, Yip!!

L.O.V.E. Holt's hair...he looks more like Brady like that. And Ashley, I went thru some old pictures at mom's and found 2 pictures of you (yes, surprising) that look identical to Marin. I will scan those in for you soon!
