Day 3 of our trip was quite relaxing. It's always a good time when you get to sleep in, bum around, and eat. We spent the morning doing some reading and pretty much nothing else. We drove into Santa Fe for a late lunch. Santa Fe is what we would describe as "interesting." All the buildings look alike, all the restaurants are authentic, and it's just a strange city to get around in.
We went for a late evening hike into the woods when we returned from Santa Fe. Our most fabulous friends, the Wolfe's, let us borrow their sling/tie/"let your baby hang off your body" for the trip. It was awesome. We strapped Holt on and took off. We trekked through foot deep snow, rocky terrain, and hills. It was so much fun!
